The AACL Supply Chain Division provides solutions and process improvements
to our customers through the prediction of parts shortages or Diminishing
Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues, addressing
current part shortage issues, or addressing supportability issues related
to total life cycle solutions. We provide both strategic and tactical
approaches to obsolescence and have created tools to address these problematic areas.
We work various manufacturing and repair sources from the commercial sector
and military organizations, which include Warner Robins, Ogden, and Oklahoma
City Air Logistics Centers (ALC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and Naval
Aviation Depot/JAX (NADEP). Our processes and analysis tie requirements
validation to solution sets through interaction with these organizations to
provide first class resolutions to diminishing parts issues. We also work closely
with the maintenance activities both organic and commercial
in order to streamline all aspects of logistics support.
