  • Don Chew, Colonel USAF (Ret.), Chief, Producation Support Division, 27 years of logistics experience in leadership and command roles within the USAF from field level through HQ USAF program management. Extensive depot level maintenance experience overseeing overhaul of C-5, C-130, F-15 and C-17 aircraft. Responsible for depot overhaul of 85 percent of the Air Force’s avionics. Director of the C-130 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. Extensive background in reverse engineering, re-engineering and wiring analysis. Broad based aircraft maintenance experience in B-52, KC/EC-135, B-1B, E-3, F-15, C-5, C-17 and C-130 aircraft.


The AACL Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Production Support Services Division provides problem resolution, process improvement recommendations, and toolkits built to specification to our customers through the use of LEAN initiatives and benchmark standards from military and civil organizations. We provide detailed analysis and variable option solutions for problematic areas.

We work various tool control and management, inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and transportation related issues for military organizations, which include the 78th Civil Engineering Squadron, 402d Maintenance Wing, and Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (ALC). We provide world class problem resolution and deliver measurable performance metric indicators.
