Reliability and Maintainability Program (RAMP)
The RAMP team is a dedicated team of professionals providing sustaining
engineering services in support of multiple USAF aircraft. The RAMP team
identifies, collects, and analyzes diagnostic, reliability and
maintainability data from various sources to identify negative
operational performance trends and existing part/component degradation.
Specific targeted areas include failed Functional Check Flights,
Excessive Programmed Depot Maintenance flow days, and Fleet wide
non-mission capable trends. This data combined with RAMP proven field
investigative and scientific evaluation methods of anomalies leads to
the development and implementation of permanent solutions resulting in
improved aircraft availability and mission capability.
